Shipping Policy
Approved by you, then sent quietly
Nothing leaves us until you have seen your actual unit and approved it. Times below are counted from the day your payment clears.
1. Delivery times
- In stock, shipped from our US warehouse: 5–9 days
- Custom-made dolls: 15–25 days
We confirm which applies to your order within one business day of payment. If your country is unusual for us, write before ordering and we will tell you what to expect.
2. How your order is fulfilled
- You choose your doll and pay
- When your unit is ready, our customer service sends you real photos and video of the actual piece
- You confirm, or tell us what to adjust — we revise until you are satisfied
- We pack and ship, then send you a packing video and your tracking number
3. Shipping cost
Shipping is free worldwide, on every product, with no minimum order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us.
4. Packaging and discretion
- A discreet, plain carton with no brand markings
- Double-boxed in plain corrugated card
- No description of contents on the waybill
- A neutral trading name as the sender
Card and PayPal statements show a general merchandise descriptor.
5. Duties and import taxes
Where they apply, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, are not included in our prices, and are non-refundable. Write to us before ordering and we will tell you what to expect for your country.
6. Delays outside our control
Weather, holidays, customs inspections and carrier issues can add time. We track every parcel until it lands and will chase the carrier on your behalf, but these delays are not something we can guarantee against.
7. Damage in transit
Photograph the carton and the piece before doing anything else and send the images to beautyfaithenterprise@gmail.com the same day. Transit damage is repaired or replaced at our cost — see the Return & Warranty Policy.
