At Beauty Faith Enterprise Inc., every product is crafted with precision, care, and strict quality standards. We want every customer to feel confident, secure, and respected throughout their purchase experience. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

1. Order cancellation

Before production or shipment.

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 12 hours, production preparation typically begins.
• For custom orders, once production has started, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

After shipment. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products — personal, intimate, and unable to be resold — Beauty Faith Enterprise Inc. cannot accept returns for:

• Opened items
• Used items
• Custom-made products
• Items delivered correctly and in good condition

This policy ensures that every customer receives a completely new, hygienic, and untouched product.

We only accept returns or replacements if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item has a noticeable defect
• The item does not match the order (wrong model, wrong options)

3. How to make a claim

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beautyfaithenterprise@gmail.com
• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
• After verification, we will arrange replacement parts, a partial refund, or a full product replacement

We will choose the most appropriate and fair solution based on the issue.

Photographs are enough to open a claim — nothing has to go back in the post first.
