Before Production or Shipment
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 12 hours, production preparation typically begins.
• For custom orders, once production has started, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
After Shipment
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products — personal, intimate, and unable to be resold —
Beauty Faith Enterprise Inc. cannot accept returns for:
• Opened items
• Used items
• Custom-made products
• Items delivered correctly and in good condition
This policy ensures that every customer receives a completely new, hygienic, and untouched product.
We ONLY accept returns or replacements if:

✔ The item has a noticeable defect
✔ The item does not match the order (wrong model, wrong options)
